RETAIL COLOR DISPLAY CASE STUDY
PHOENiX Sample engineered a custom modular color display stand for SIPES, planned in a production run of several hundred units for installation across tinting centers in its home market and neighboring countries.
The objective was to make a large palette accessible while letting customers lift real-paint trend samples, feel the painted texture and compare appearance under white, warm-yellow or combined illumination.

Rotate the stand and compare White 6500K, Neutral 4000K and Warm 3000K illumination using the buttons below.
Rotate the 3D model to inspect the enclosed body, the 160 color chips and the removable magnetic trend blocks.
The 3D model and lighting changes are illustrative; they are not calibrated color measurements.

ENGINEERING CHALLENGE
The stand had to present 160 color references in a clear layout, hold 12 detachable magnetic blocks safely, and incorporate two independently selectable lighting options without making day-to-day use complicated.
For a rollout across many tinting locations, the complete structure also had to be packed as separate components, with clear instructions, appropriate tools and the accessories needed for straightforward on-site assembly.
RETAIL COLOR DISPLAY CASE STUDY
A broad reference range arranged for quick browsing and comparison at the tinting counter.
Lightweight engineered-wood blocks painted with actual SIPES coatings and held magnetically, so customers can remove, touch and replace them.
White light, warm-yellow light or both together help visitors compare the visual effect of changing illumination. This is an illustrative comparison, not a calibrated simulation of every room.
Separate carton-packed stand components, an assembly manual, installation tools and fittings support storage, transport and repeatable setup.
RETAIL COLOR DISPLAY CASE STUDY
Each stand incorporates the 160-color display and the 12 detachable painted trend blocks. A separate supply box contains multiple replacement or take-away cards for each of the 160 shades, organized for practical use in the color center.
The 12 lightweight real-paint blocks are supplied as a protected set for mounting on the magnetic section. Stands are supplied in flat-packed cartons together with assembly instructions, necessary accessories and suitable tools. The modular packaging supports efficient shipping, storage and phased installation at retail locations.

RETAIL COLOR DISPLAY CASE STUDY
The system combines physical color selection, tactile sample evaluation, adjustable viewing light and practical installation logistics in one branded display concept. The project scope covers several hundred units; no unverified installation totals or performance results are claimed.

No. They are lightweight engineered-wood blocks coated with real SIPES paint so the surface and texture can be handled directly.
Users can select white light, warm-yellow light or both together. Appearance can change under different illumination; this is a visual comparison rather than a calibrated measurement.
The stands are designed for carton-packed delivery as separate parts, with assembly manuals, appropriate tools and fittings. The package also includes organized cards for the 160 shades.
